'Travelling Light', is about home and the memories we carry with us. Threads traverse house-shaped pages, enclosed within a miniature vanity case. These threads represent memories contained within 'time-frames' of experience. Words running from A-Z describe ideas of what 'home' is. Unique book.

'Pica Pica' (Latin for Magpie) illustrates the rhyme, 'One for sorrow, two for joy...'
Seven collograph prints of different magpie groupings, lead the viewer through the rhyme. Each print is pierced in places to reveal coloured metallic foils. Unique Book.

06. Lilies of the Valley, Reconfigured book, wire
Lilies of the Valley was reconfigured from the book: Châteaux of The Loire Valley.
The inspiration for this book came from a paragraph in the text, which read: 'The Loire Valley (le Val de Loire) is often called the Garden of France.' Each of the Châteaux images contained within the book, were made into an origami lily and inserted into their rightful place on a map, also taken from the original book.

Pica Pica is the Latin name for Magpies. This book is a visual narration of a rhyme about magpies that reads as follows: 'One for sorrow, two for joy, three for a girl, four for a boy, five for silver, six for gold, seven for a secret, never to be told.'
